Monitor your Sent folder of all connected Outlook accounts

Replies sent directly from Outlook to existing Hiver conversations are automatically synced to the same threads in Hiver. Automations to add tags, SLAs, or assignments are not triggered for these synced replies, and this is clearly indicated in the Hiver interface.
