Hiver in Gmail

A new look for Hiver for Outlook to make it more intuitive with less clutter & better user experience

Custom Objects let you upload your own data via a CSV file in Hiver and use it in automation rules. Use Custom Object to identify conversations by the sender’s email or domain, and automatically move them from team members’ inbox to a Shared Inbox, or automatically tag or assign them to the right team members.

Locating tickets will be easier with the new search and filter options in the Customer Portal. Search by subject, filter by status, assignee, or date, and sort by creation date—all to help you find what you need, faster.

Temporarily hide emails from your shared inbox and choose when they should reappear. This helps everyone in your team have some focus time and not be distracted by incoming emails.
